It depends how complex your condition is but please allow 1 hour if it is your first appointment and 45 minutes for follow up appointments. This includes time to set up and take down the treatment table and taking/updating your case history notes.
This depends on the diagnosis of the condition, how long you have had it, general health and how you respond to treatment. It is likely that you will require a short course of treatment for all but the most simple of issues. I'll never prescribe a set number of treatments or "block book" sessions, but will do my best to estimate recovery time within the first one or two appointments.
